We’re incredibly proud to share that tlke is now officially a Certified B Corporation (B Corp) — and especially proud to be announcing this during B Corp Month, a time dedicated to celebrating businesses that are using their influence as a force for good.

Certified by B Lab, this recognition reflects something that has long been important to us — building a business that balances purpose and profit, and creates a positive impact beyond our projects.

B Corp Certification is a rigorous process that assesses the whole business across governance, workers, community, environment and customers. Achieving certification means we meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability — and that these commitments are embedded into how we operate every day.

For us, B Corp values aren’t just a badge. They shape how we work as a team, how we support one another, how we choose partners and how we show up for our clients and communities. From fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace to continually improving our environmental impact, this milestone reflects the collective effort of our entire team.

A preview of our wonderful annual Events Day at the Glorious Goodwood Races.

Last year’s event was truly something special. Set against the stunning backdrop of one of Britain’s most iconic racecourses, the day brought together everything we value most: celebration, connection, and appreciation.

We were delighted to welcome our key retail partners to join us at the races, alongside our inspiring and supportive teams. Spending quality time together outside of our usual day-to-day routines gave us the opportunity to reflect on our achievements, strengthen relationships, and enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed and uplifting setting.

From the buzz of the racecourse to the conversations shared throughout the day, the event was a meaningful reminder of the strength of our partnerships and the value of shared experiences. It was a chance to pause, say thank you, and celebrate the collaborations that continue to drive us forward.

TLKE Festivities

Merry everything and a sparkling New Year.

We wrapped up the year in true festive style by celebrating with our team at our Christmas gathering — a relaxed and joyful way to mark the close of another busy and rewarding year. The day began with a gorgeous breakfast shared together, setting the tone for a celebration focused on connection, reflection, and a little indulgence. We then enjoyed a private screening of the festive classic National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation — a reminder that some things never go out of style.

As the year draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to appreciate the bright ideas, brilliant people, and meaningful details that have shaped the months behind us. From creative collaborations to exciting projects, it’s been a year defined by teamwork, ambition, and just the right amount of shine.

International Womens Day

We were thrilled to partner with The Bingham Richmond for International Women's Day as they hosted the inspiring "IWD Trailblazers Breakfast." This special event brought together exceptional women who are leading the way in their respective industries.

The morning featured a dynamic panel of female trailblazers—visionary leaders redefining the worlds of hospitality, luxury, wellbeing, and finance. Attendees gained invaluable insights as these remarkable women shared their journeys, experiences, and aspirations for the future. The panel discussed a range of challenges women face in business and the ways they have overcome them, fostering an open dialogue where guests could share their own experiences and perspectives.

The panel included Sama Trinder, founder of the award-winning boutique hotel and members club Bingham Riverhouse, as well as the transformative wellbeing business bhuti. Amanda Thomson, CEO and founder of B Corp Certified Thomson & Scott, pioneered NOUGHTY, the world’s first premium non-alcoholic wine portfolio. Lavina Liyanage, who began her career in finance at Credit Suisse, has successfully navigated the investment banking and hedge fund industries across the UK and Singapore.

After the panel, TLKE organized a picturesque walk to Petersham Nurseries, providing a perfect opportunity for guests to mingle and reflect on the topics discussed. This charming setting fostered meaningful connections, and upon returning, the team enjoyed a beautifully prepared lunch, rounding off the experience in a delightful way.

February 2025 Market

Our February 2025 event at The Lanesborough Hotel was a tremendous success, showcasing the latest trendy fashion jewellery collections from our renowned brands, including Lauren Ralph Lauren.

The day began with a beautiful lunch, where we welcomed our retail partners before inviting them to explore our latest fashion collections, including our high-quality silver jewellery elegantly displayed in the private dining area.

Teams from across the business were on hand to discuss key areas such as marketing, visual merchandising, sales performance, and stock opportunities, ensuring a productive and insightful meeting.

This event provided a fantastic opportunity to connect, strategise for the year ahead, and strengthen partnerships—an occasion we always thoroughly enjoy.
