We’re incredibly proud to share that tlke is now officially a Certified B Corporation (B Corp) — and especially proud to be announcing this during B Corp Month, a time dedicated to celebrating businesses that are using their influence as a force for good.
Certified by B Lab, this recognition reflects something that has long been important to us — building a business that balances purpose and profit, and creates a positive impact beyond our projects.
B Corp Certification is a rigorous process that assesses the whole business across governance, workers, community, environment and customers. Achieving certification means we meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability — and that these commitments are embedded into how we operate every day.
For us, B Corp values aren’t just a badge. They shape how we work as a team, how we support one another, how we choose partners and how we show up for our clients and communities. From fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace to continually improving our environmental impact, this milestone reflects the collective effort of our entire team.
