Our brand representatives visit each new UK & Ireland store during the brand launch to provide training to staff members. TLKE also produces a training pack for each store detailing brand information, current season range with detailed watch information & warranty information.
The Brand Representatives are available to each store to utilize on key trading days & promotional days in store to assist with sales & increase brand awareness in store.
TLKE operate a Visual Merchandising structure visiting stores fortnightly for stock check & visual merchandising purposes, ensuring the brand looks strong visually & to maintain brand awareness in store.
